This was the first trial use of our shovel pit testing frames in July 2007.
This is the homepage of the Acton Scott Heritage Project; a community based archaeological project supported by Shropshire County Council Archaeology Service and funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund.
The project is exploring the history of Acton Scott parish in south Shropshire. You can click on the links in the side menu to sample the variety of activities that are occuring and the new discoveries that are being made.
