One of the deciding factors for setting the date of the reconstruction map of Shrewsbury at c1630 was that if it had been set during the Tudor period (ending 1603) a large number of important "early modern" era buildings would have had to be left off This would have included Rowley's Mansion, shown here, built 1616-18.
