Telephones are answered by staff at Shropshire County Council's Customer Service Centre, who can deal with bookings, requests for documents and preliminary enquiries. More complex enquiries will be passed to the staff at Shropshire Archives.

We recommend that for complicated or involved enquiries, you put the details in writing (either post or email) direct to Shropshire Archives.
