Volunteering
Friends of Shropshire Archives support the work of Shropshire Archives. We assist the professional staff in caring for the county’s rich heritage of primary and secondary sources.
Some of our volunteers clean and conserve fragile documents, making them accessible to the public. Others help with the sorting, listing and indexing of archive material. Our volunteers also contribute to the running of successful events at Shropshire Archives.
There are plenty of opportunities to get involved.
