Becoming a volunteer

Local history
We're only too happy to answer general questions about Drayton's history, but if it requires detailed research it is necessary to make an appointment. A small charge may be made for time spent on special research.
The Market Drayton Branch of the University of the Third Age (U3A), which is open to everyone over 55, has a Local History Group which works closely with the Museum & Resource Centre.
