Becoming a volunteer

We welcome new volunteers for stewarding, helping with the collection and archives, carrying out research, or assisting with fundraising and social events. Training is given to new stewards. For futher information, please contact J Hoyle: e-mail jhoyle@tinyworld.co.uk.

Local history

We're only too happy to answer general questions about Drayton's history, but if it requires detailed research it is necessary to make an appointment. A small charge may be made for time spent on special research.

The Market Drayton Branch of the University of the Third Age (U3A), which is open to everyone over 55, has a Local History Group which works closely with the Museum & Resource Centre.
