The Friends of the Regimental Museum

The FRIENDS association was set up in 2001.

The Aims of our "Friends" Association.

The Friends is a Society formed in 2001 which aims to :

=help promote, support, assist and improve the museum

=create greater awareness of and interest in the museum and the history of the county regiments

The Society’s income will be used to support the museum’s work, including

=to help purchase new items

=publish research material

=support displays and exhibitions.

Benefits of Membership ...

There are various categories of "Friends" membership (see below).

Membership benefits include :

= free admission to the Museum

= invitations to previews and special Friends’ events like dinners or talks.

= two Newsletters with details of recent acquisitions, new displays, research articles and
museum information

= a discount on Regimental items in the museum shop
