Acton Scott in 2010
There are daily demonstrations giving a flavour of farm life at the turn of the 20th century. You can also see traditional buttermaking and we have working demonstrations in our farm cottage:
We have visits from:
the Blacksmith
the Wheelwright
the Farrier
the Bodger at the Pole lathe
the Stickmaker
the Hurdle maker
the Basket maker
the Potter
Every visit to Acton Scott Historic Working Farm is different. The farm work changes with each season and every day we try to offer something new to see or do. So why not buy a season ticket?
