Greenwood's Map of Salop 1827 - Still Available to Buy!
The Shropshire Archaeological and Historical Society has reprinted Greenwood's 1827 Map of the County.
Alveley Country Park
Saturday 8th Juney 2013. A walk to view the remains of the 20th century Alveley Colliery and the much earlier stone quarries, all contained within the park. The walking will be on surfaced paths and is about 1 mile, with some uphill. Meet Alveley Country
